Our co-founders’ story
Two lives abroad.
One purpose close to home.
Bharani in Austin. Raju in Atlanta. With connections to Guntur and Bangalore, they are building FamvCare to help families stay supported across the distance.
The experience that started it
Care crosses countries.
Everyday help needs someone nearby.
Bharani lives in Austin, Texas. His parents live in Guntur. Like many people whose lives take them abroad, he faced the real challenge of managing support for ageing parents while living in another country.
The distance creates a practical problem: caring deeply does not make it easier to be there in person. A phone call can keep a family connected, but an appointment, an errand or time spent together still needs someone nearby.
That experience became the starting point for FamvCare. Bharani wanted to make dependable local support easier for families to arrange, with warmth for parents and clear communication for the children living away.
Raju’s roots in Bangalore. A shared commitment.
Raju lives in Atlanta, Georgia, and his hometown is Bangalore. He joins Bharani as co-founder, bringing his own connection to home in India to the purpose behind FamvCare.
Their story connects two lives in the United States with places that remain home in India. Bharani’s experience supporting his parents in Guntur shaped the starting point. Together, Bharani and Raju are building a service around a simple belief: families living away should have a dependable person to turn to back home.
FamvCare brings that purpose to companionship, appointment support, everyday assistance and local coordination. The aim is to help parents feel supported in their own routines, with their preferences and independence respected.
Our mission is personal: to bring the same patience and respect to each family that we would want for our own.
Our focus: tier 2 cities
Thoughtful support,
closer to home.
FamvCare is starting in tier 2 cities, with Guntur, Visakhapatnam (Vizag) and Vijayawada as our launch locations. We want to build dependable local relationships and practical support around the families who live there.
Bangalore is Raju’s hometown, but it is not part of our launch coverage. Our initial service focus is these three Andhra Pradesh cities.
